Whilst there was a good degree of IT usage within the department a significant number of processes were still manual albeit with the use of Microsoft Office tools. These tasks were repetitive and as such still prone to error.
We were asked to work with the existing IT team and re-architect the system into a fully automated system which would bring the current disparate processes together. This involved the integration of various data bases and repositories utilising a collection of MS Windows / Web Form and WCF Service technologies to streamline the entire business process.
